This course will enable participants to understand root cause analysis as a procedure for ascertaining and analyzing the causes of problems in order to determine what can be done to solve or prevent them. This course is designed to provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of how to identify the root causes of problems in order to generate effective solutions.


About Your Educator

Ashley Christman-Kaufman is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a background in organizational change management and lean. Her extensive experience in healthcare quality and performance improvement has transformed many organizations and led to better outcomes in patient care, reductions in wait times, and improvements in ED throughput and discharge processes. Her experience includes consulting for the CA Department of Public Health Center for Healthcare Quality as well as multiple large hospital systems.

Her passion for educating others led her to form the Lean Transformation Group in order to help organizations and leaders create a sustainable culture change by empowering them to empower their workforce.
