Lean Six Sigma certified professionals are valuable assets within an organization. This training covers an introduction to the terminology, tools, and methods of the Lean Six Sigma methodology for frontline staff/supervisors that will support improvement projects in your organization.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training provides participants with a comprehension of the fundamental methodologies of Lean Six Sigma and equips them with knowledge of the basics of quality improvement and how to determine the necessary metrics for success. In many organizations, a certified Yellow Belt is considered a "subject matter expert" and a valuable contributor to individual projects or team projects in a supportive role.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training provides participants with a deeper understanding of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and provides the necessary tools for completion of your Green Belt certification project. This course uses a combination of hands on activities, presentations, and lectures to provide a strong foundation. You will gain the necessary skills to lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects, work on teams led by Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and help your organization effectively implement Lean Six Sigma. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be qualified to serve as a Green Belt on a project within your organization and qualify for Green Belt certification.

We are currently offering these training courses at a special introductory price of just $50 for Yellow Belt (2-day,) and $100 for Green Belt (4-day.) Registration will also be available on the first day of class.

Guests who attend both Yellow Belt classes and pass a final exam will earn their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Guests who attend all four classes and pass a final exam will earn their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Note: Participants MUST attend all required training days AND pass the exam in order to earn certification.
